Product Updates & Releases

Read more →Placing a call from a Call List now records the attempt straight away, and the entry updates itself when the call ends — no need to press Next.
Read more →Apple, Google, and Microsoft contact sync no longer re-create a duplicate contact when the same contact fails to fully enrich on a previous run — and Apple contacts with grouped phone/email fields sync correctly for the first time.
Read more →Inbound picture messages that hit a specific Twilio error now retry and alert us instead of vanishing with no attachment.
Read more →The mortgage pre-approval band on Connect pages now shows the loan officer's photo full height instead of a small thumbnail, stacks the contact buttons beside their details, and the pre-approval walkthrough shows how many steps are left.
Read more →Creating a contract with a stage now delivers the "Contract stage changed" webhook, not just later stage moves.
